In the tables below are the number of priests, % of all priests in orders, the common abbreviation, and the name of the order.

Thanks, David. It is apparently hard to find these numbers unless you have the Annuario Pontificio, and those are expensive. I saw your post from last year too. Are the numbers for other years posted anywhere? I would like to see or make a simple graph, which I would be happy to share with you.

I found some numbers (on catholic-heirarchy) and made a crude graph, but I couldn't figure out how to send it to you. I missing numbers for the O.S.A. before 1990.
