Let's not forget that Miami is also lacking any help for Archbishop Wenski. With his two auxiliaries (Noonan and Estevez) being named to other posts within the state, Miami is in desperate need of new auxiliary bishops. Some of us thought those would be named late in 2011 but the death of Archbishop Sambi halted any episcopal appointments. With our new Nuncio finally getting familiar with the US and the ad limina visits underway, I'm interested to see who Pope Benedict will name to those positions.
